Step 1: Contact us with your project details (file size, destination, deadline).

Step 2: We confirm pricing (30p per GB) and provide a precise delivery timeline.

Step 3: We bring our laptop to your location. You log into your service directly on our laptop to verify credentials work correctly. You then transfer your data to our laptop.

Step 4: We upload directly to your destination once we return, using our high-speed infrastructure. Your credentials remain secure.

Step 5: You receive confirmation when the upload finishes, videos set to requested privacy.

Step 6: All data is deleted immediately after delivery. No files are retained. Optional: We offer a secure storage service for backup/recovery purposes at extra cost – contact us for pricing.

100% Payment Required Upfront: All payments must be completed in full via SumUp invoicing before we commence any upload work. We do not undertake any work unless payment is fully complete.

SumUp Invoicing: You will receive a secure SumUp invoice via email. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer through the SumUp platform. Please note, card payments incur a 5% admin fee.

Upload Member Service: Membership fees are charged monthly in advance on a rolling basis. First month payment is required upfront before activating your membership and scheduled upload slots, cancel any time.

No Hidden Fees: The price quoted is the price you pay. There are no surprise charges.

Our Timing Guarantee & Refund Policy

100% Timing Guarantee: We stand behind every stated turnaround time. If we fail to meet the promised upload completion deadline, you receive a full refund – no questions asked, no excuses. Note: the time frame begins at the end of the meeting.

Pay-As-You-Go Refunds: If we miss the turnaround on a one-off upload, you receive a 100% refund for that specific upload charge. The upload is still completed at our expense.

Upload Member Service Refunds: If we miss a timing guarantee for any scheduled upload within a billing month, Upload Members receive a full month refund. Your membership continues uninterrupted. Additional GB charges still apply.

Host Performance Safeguard: We upload via secure web login or SSH-based FTP only. If the destination host cannot sustain the required throughput, we cancel the upload and refund 50% of the fee.

We Still Complete Your Upload: Even if we trigger a timing refund, we still complete the upload at no cost to you. Your files get delivered, and you get your money back.

Refunds Are NOT Available For:

  • Changes of mind after payment is completed and upload work has commenced
  • Client-side failures (incorrect credentials, revoked access, full storage accounts, etc.) [This is why we meet in person to sign-in to your service.]
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages beyond our control, etc.) [We have backup networks; however, this may not be sufficient. We will make you aware of any outages; this removes the time frame guarantee; however, we still complete the upload]
  • Uploads completed successfully within the stated turnaround time

Cancellation Policy

Before Upload Starts: 50% refund available if you cancel before we begin the upload process. Contact us immediately via email or phone.

After Upload Starts: No refunds once the upload has commenced, unless we fail to meet the timing guarantee. The upload will be completed as agreed.

Upload Member Service Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Membership remains active until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds for partial months.

What is Upload Member Service? ?

It’s our monthly subscription for regular uploaders. You get a quota, scheduled slots, and priority service for a flat fee, instead of paying per GB each time.

How do scheduled uploads work? ?

Starter members receive 2 slots, Pro get 3, Studio enjoy 1 weekly scheduled upload. Book your slot, we bring our laptop to you, you log in and transfer data, and we guarantee completion within the tier’s turnaround time.

Can I mix membership with pay–as–you–go? ?

Yes. Exceed your quota and add 1GB at 25p (Starter), 20p (Pro), 15p (Studio) + VAT. You can also use pay–as–you go for occasional uploads outside your membership [Minimum 120GB per upload].

Can I change tiers? ?

You can upgrade immediately. Downgrades take effect the next billing cycle, while current benefits remain until the period ends.

120GB minimum ensures we focus on large media transfers. 120GB costs £36 + VAT.

Are prices inclusive of VAT? ?

It’s 30p per GB + VAT. With 20% UK VAT, the total rate is £0.36 per GB inc VAT. B2B clients with valid VAT numbers can reclaim VAT themselves.

What file types do you support? ?

All file types: video, photo, audio, document, archive – anything you need delivered [For security reasons we will have to review the content prior to uploading, therefore we are unable to service locked files or ISO type images].

How does YouTube Manager access work? ?

Grant Manager access (not ownership). We upload directly to your channel and set the requested privacy. You can revoke access anytime.

This includes photographers, videographers, small production houses, and agencies without enterprise upload facilities. We are unable to accommodate independent unregistered creators at this time.

How do you calculate file size? ?

We charge for the actual file size you deliver, it can be below 120GB however, the minimum fee is for 120GB. 120GB = £36 + VAT.

What happens after upload? ?

Files are deleted immediately after delivery. No retention. We can offer secure storage for backup/recovery at extra cost – contact us for pricing.
